Already using NetworkManager and systemd, we can configure systemd-resolved to force DNS-over-TLS (DoT). This encrypts all DNS traffic, adding a massive layer of privacy right out of the box.

Configured DNS over TLS opportunistic mode. It should use TLS if available and if not it should fall back to standard DNS.
